Description
This is a 15-storey Tower/Podium Corporate Office headquarter building on a 40,879Sqm area of land in the central Business district of Yenagoa Town. The Architectural design theme of the project is ‘Live, work and Play on the Boat’. The design theme reflects particularly on the rich cultural marine life of the local inhabitants, necessitating the boat-shaped Podium design of the building to receive the colorful office tower, which in itself is a replica to towering people at a typical boat reggatta culturally synonymous to the people. This iconic open – plan office structure offers multiple and flexible use for the Nigerian Local Content, and also other users by way of tenantable floors. Other facilities in this adorable and magnificent structure are; Amphitheatres, configurable 1500 seater conferencing facilities, skylit staff re-creational centre, Executive Pent Apartments and Tripod stand structural Helipad, altogether forming a physiognomic and colorful expression of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation-a supervising organisation of the Nigeria Local Content Development and Monitoring Board.
